Note: These pages were put together as a guide for using Business Catalyst. I would not try to learn this all at once and would start by logging in and then using the "In Context" functions as you have in the past. As you are ready to add more than just plain text, I would suggest that you review the pages on the topic. There are a few tricks, such as eliminating spaces in file names when you upload files, that will help reduce problems in the future. Much of this is pretty intuitive, but there are a few tricky items that I tried to address on the following pages. - Cathy Mayer

Guide for Logging into CASA's Google Calendar (You are here)
There are 2 reommended ways to log into the Google Calendar. The second option should be considered if you are having difficulties with the first option.
Also, I do not think the calendar should be editted from within Adobe InContext Editing. Before proceeding with the following instructions, ensure that you have been set up for CASA's Calendar sharing and know which email account has been set up. (If you are on CASA staff, it is probably yourname@casaofsantacruz.org.)
| Option 1: Starting at the Calendar web page on the CASA site. |

Press the Google Calendar button, located at the lower right of the calendar.
The next screen should be an image like one of the next two images, depending upon whether you are logged in or not. |

Image 3 - Not logged in.
Items 1 & 2 refer to calendar users who have already set up a password with Google. Item 3 refers to those who had not.
- Enter your email address here.
- Enter your password.
- If you do not have a .gmail Account or if you have never logged in to CASA's calendar.
